I had my pool repaired and resurfaced as well as new decking laid down by All Florida Pool and I just wanted to thank them for a great experience and job well done from beginning to end. From the beginning with Steven in sales who exemplified customer service excellence to the owner and project supervisor Joel. Not to mention all the guys in between who were spot on. There were a couple of hiccups along the way but they were always taken care of promptly and the follow up was first class. Joel called me 2 months later just to check on our satisfaction level and I was happy to report that we are extremely happy with how it all turned out!!

My pool is surrounded by oak trees which shed pretty much all year long. Before I hired All Florida Pools my pool was NEVER, EVER clean. NOT EVEN ON CLEANING DAY.

I have been their client for three years and the service is impeccable, Just recently, my regular technician changed jobs and the quality of the service was not the same.

All it took was one call to the service manager, Omar. Within one business day the technician came back and the problem was solved.

Good morning, I would like to highlight and thank the excellent attention received. Buy a Dolphin S200 a few months ago and I brought it to my country (Argentina) where the electricity is 220 and not 110. Question that, after two or three months of use, the device exploded. I did get to the store through a friend and they very professionally have me repaired and resent. His treatment and attention was excellent, especially that of Mani, who even gave me his mobile number so that we could talk through Whatsapp on the subject. Without doubt, I recommend this store !!! When you need the best and prompt service this is by far the best company to work with, hands down. In particular Manny went above and beyond what is expected from employees. After store hours he researched and responded with the parts we needed within 24 hours and had them DELIVERED in the same time frame. No other company got back to us but him. All I'm gonna say is scott is amazing. He seems to finally be the one who got my pool going in the right direction. This is my third Sundance Optima (880 Series) hot tub. I have purchased all three hot tubs from All Florida Pool and Spa Center. Brian at All Florida Pool and Spa Center is a great person to deal with; no pressure at all and easy going. Brian treated my wife and I very well; highly recommended.

I received my custom order within 30 days. The delivery crew arrived on time, which was impressive considering I'd only made the appointment a few days prior.

I will return to All Florida Pool and Spa Center for my next hot tub.

Since I walked into the store, I was treated very well. I came in pretty late when they were about to close and, Brian, the gentleman who helped me while I was there, was very knowledgeable about the different spas. He was very accommodating and didn't make feel like he was in a hurry while I was looking through their selection of spas. He didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. In fact, he knew the kind of budget I had to work with and showed me the spas that were within my budget first. I decided to go with a higher quality spa, just the right size for me, with just the right amount of bells and whistles. The delivery went okay. Since I purchased a floor model, the spa was delivered without the box so I was a bit nervous that there was nothing protecting the spa from being loaded onto the wheeled platform they used to put the spa in the backyard. The gentlemen were careful enough. The only thing is that there was a checklist dropped off with the paperwork that came with the spa they forgot to review with me and sign before they left. The spa training was great. Raul even let me take a video so I could refer to it later. He was very accommodating in terms of my time constraints...very appreciated. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this company for your spa needs. Thank you All Florida Pool & Spa for making this novice's experience great.

Lionel, I just wanted to send this note to say how great the service is at my building. My unit sits right at the pool so I have a clear view. Every Tuesday I am home I notice the pool person doing a great job skills wise and also customer service wise. He also educates the residents in caring of the pool in between visits and pool safety. In a time where good customer service and getting what you pay for is a lost art, it's refreshing to see it's still out there.

Had someone named Stew come and clean our pool last week for the first time...excellent in communicating with us while we were considering stopping service and actually talked to us about the benefits of purchasing a hot tub! Wanted to leave feedback.

After I moved down from New Jersey, I wanted to replace the Sundance Spa that I had up north. I contacted All Florida Pool & Spa and I worked with them on the purchase of a new Sundance Optima spa. I was having a patio and a screen enclosure built at the time and the owner worked with me to coordinate the delivery and installation on a very tight timeline. I have nothing negative to say about these people, they have been the best company that I have worked with since I moved to Florida. I am writing to tell you, that I have never met such a conscientious, pleasant service tech. He is so unbelievably nice, so proficient, and takes such pride in his work. I have owned many houses with pools from East Hampton, to Miami, to Vegas, and have had service in so many places, but I have never had a tech take care of the pool like him! The interesting thing is that I hired him only for a one time clean-up, but was so impressed at his treating my pool as if it was his own, that I signed a contract today for him to do weekly service. I recently moved into new house with a pool and been taking care of it myself but recently I noticed something was wrong with the filter that was a bit beyond what I could fix. I called All Florida Pool & Spa and they were great. Called them on Saturday, technician called me Monday morning and he showed up 30mins later and quickly fixed the problem. Very happy to have a company that sends out a technician without trying to have me sign a contract for maintenance.
