Meet Yhela “This Months Featured Pet”

Looking for a loyal companion? Yhela is the perfect girl for you. This five-year-old American Bulldog mix is the kind of dog who will truly stick by your side. Consider her a giant lap dog because the closer she can get to you, the better. She is a big fur ball of love. Precious strolls in the park or a night of take-out and a movie with her human are great ways to spend the day with Yhela. She is the perfect doggie to come home to and just hug after a long day of work. Yhela also gets along great with other doggies and will make sure they are cuddled and loved; she is the best sister a doggie(or human) could ask for!

Yhela was surrendered to the Soffer and Fine Adoption Center by her owner who could no longer keep her. When she first arrived, she was tested positive for heartworm. Thanks to the donations made to the Second Chance Fund, she was immediately treated and is now a happy healthy girl! She now waits to meet a family she can really call her own – forever!

Each month All Florida Pool & Spa Center will work hand in hand with the Humane Society of Greater Miami. They provide shelter, food, veterinary care, and plenty of TLC while the dogs and cats wait for their permanent home, no matter how long it takes. We will be sponsoring a new animal each month in order to help find the perfect home to love an care got each one.

The Humane Society of Greater Miami has been helping homeless animals in Miami-Dade County since 1936.
